3 stars because of staff and management.
Clothing range and prices are excellent, but when you visit a store which is customer centric you expect the management and the billing executives to be fast and helpful.
I visited twice, first experience with billing was slow and very rude. Visited second time to exchange certain products and again had a very similar experience. Both times I was told small sized bags were out of stock and I have to pay for the big bags, only this time another staff accidentally mentioned that small bags were available and they were still charging everyone for big ones regardless. I gave it a blond eye and did not purchase the bag. When I reached home I received the revised bill on my phone and noticed I was still charged for the bag. Although it is a small price, this is an example of intentional theft and looting of money by scamming people.
I hope the higher authorities take note of this and amend this. Not expected from an old brand like Aditya Birla Group.
