I’ve been shopping from Style Up / OWND for a long time, and myself, my friends, and family are regular customers. Always loved their fit, quality, and styles.
Recently had a small issue regarding the product quality, but I must say the way it was handled was excellent.
Special mention to Mr. Vinoth Kumar (Store Manager) — he handled everything really well. I was honestly a bit frustrated initially, but he made me feel comfortable and took care of everything professionally. What a wonderful customer service experience!
He clearly explained all the options and supported me until everything was sorted smoothly. I was able to use my credit note at the ECR branch, which is closer to me, and complete my purchase without any issues.
