We had an unfortunate experience where we accidentally lost my baby ‘s gold bangle at OWN Store, Bopal. What could have been a very stressful and upsetting situation was handled with so much professionalism, patience, and kindness by the store manager.
She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, kept communicating with us, checked the CCTV footage carefully, and made continuous efforts to help us locate the bangle. Most importantly, she took genuine ownership of the situation and, within a day, we were able to get baby’s precious bangle back.
We are truly grateful for her honesty, dedication, and customer-first attitude. Her constant communication and willingness to help gave us a lot of reassurance during a stressful situation.
A big thank you to the manager and the entire OWN Store Bopal team. Employees like her make a real difference and deserve to be appreciated. ❤️
